Ruby64 is a service of Wenley Technologies LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send our contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, and anything you share about your project, budget, or how you heard about us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics tools on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and talk with you about your project
- To prepare a scope, price, and agreement if you decide to work with us
- To keep the site secure and working properly
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else handles it
This site is hosted by Netlify, which also processes our contact form. Form submissions are delivered to our email. Both services store data under their own privacy and security practices. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our conversations. If you become a client, we keep project records as needed for the work, billing, and taxes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us. Just reach out through the contact form and tell us what you’d like done.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
